Have any Aps or Paps on here ever stalked pregnant women/teenagers?

I did offer to adopt my cousin's baby when she got pregnant. She is a drug addict who has no intentions of getting help. She's been in and out of rehab only because my family suggests that she go. She does but only to please them. She never stays the required time and she is right back to the drugs. Yea, I offered to adopt her baby as soon as I found out she was pregnant. She was offended, of course, but that same baby DIED in her care at the age of 3 months. I did not stalk her but I wish like heck I would have now! Oh, and she's got a new baby that she just lost to DSS (in kinship care with an aunt now). I hope she NEVER gets that baby back!
