How much is it to replace a double paned window?

Due to a bb mishap we are paying for neighbor's large double paned window. It broke the first pane but I understand that all of the gl must be replaced. I would say the window is probably 5' x 2' or 3'. I don't know that much about windows but I would ume it had some type of seal that has been broken. Any clue?
