May I ask very sensitive question, law and ethics about WWII?

There is no law or ethical principal requiring politically incorrect but valid experimental data to be destroyed unless it breaches a current ethical and / or legal principal, like HIPPA privacy. Results can also be summarized or redacted to eliminate the names of the victims. Can the data be used? Sure. Some of the experiments involved exposure to cold, which can still be used to help save people's lives. You think more people should die?
