At what place does Dog the Bounty Hunter turn in criminals?

I live in Hawaii. I'm trying to figure out exactly where it is in Honolulu that Dog the Bounty Hunter turns in the people he's caught. You always see that door off the side of the road in the tv show, but I can't find where that is? Is it a specific jail or a courthouse or something? Anyone know and possible have an address or location.
