How can i become christian?

Im a 13 year old girl from ireland, i really want to become a christian. My whole family dont believe in god but i do! I feel alone. I am going to start reading the bible and living more of a christian life, but can i be fully faithful without going to church? I was never christened, i dont know if i will ever be. Im scared to speak to my family as they will probably not care, or try and convince me other wise. Its all very confusing, and up untill now im not sure if i even believed in god. I dont know what it was but i suddenly have a pion for it, and regret shunning god. Can it just be my own persona l thing, or will i have to share it with others and spread the word to be accepted. Alot of my clmates dont believe in god either and i wouldnt like to tell any of them. Its not that i am ashamed, i just want ot have my own releationship with god. please help, xoxoxo
