You can't...the only thing you can hope is that the officer does not show up...in which case your court date will be rescheduled to give the officer a chance to be there. If he fails to show up, they might dismiss it or they may schedule another date to accommodate the officer. Rather than waste taxpayer money with all of those court dates for something you were clearly guilty of(feeling that buckling up was not worth the ten second effort is simply ridiculous)ask the judge if you can have a payment plan.
