If Europe is as bad as many Yahoo posters claim, why aren't more Europeans migrating to the USA?

Curious. I hear about how awful it is over there with no guns, no freedom, no religion, the impending Muslim takeover, the lack of sanitation, the cowardliness, the socialized medicine.....so why aren't British, Norwegians, Swedes, Swiss, French, Austrians and Finns just flocking to our shores in droves, desperate to escape the horrors of that benighted continent? Why don't we have a Norwegian refugee problem here? Sure we get plenty of people from Mexico and Nigeria and Bangladesh, but not a mive influx of Irish these days or Danes? Why?
