well there are 13 members, but in 358/2 days, xion is introduced and it goes up to 14 members. also during 358/2 days, some members are sent off to castle oblivion and are killed. these members die in 358/2 days:lexauese, vexen, zexion, marluxia, larxene, roxas quits the organization, and the Next THING ILL WRITE IS A SPOILER SO DONT READ. xion is just a memory and dies.
