Missed period, so confused, please help!?

Here's my situation: me & my dh have been ttc for 4months now and my last period was aug. 21, I am currently 22 days late(3wks) i had 2 negative blood test and countless negative urine test. I've been feeling this very tingly, cramping sensation in my lower right abdominal area for the last month now and it feels like it has moved to the left. On mon & tue I spotted very little brown blood, wed I spotted fresh blood, and these literally were like droplets of blood, very odd for me. Only symtoms I've had so far are: nausea, bloating, some constipation, back pain, headaches, tiredness. The doctor won't see me until I miss my next period. I have been searching for other ladies who are or have experienced something similar to me. I'm so down that I haven't gotten a + test but don't know if I am pregnant or not. Also....my temp has been surfacing around 97.7, is that a normal high or low temp for pregnancy? I don't know if I just have low hcg levels or what
