NEW PHONE? HELP please?

I got a new LG chocolate flip 8600 and it came with a SD card and a Micro SD, it also came with a Telus (SD/miniSD/MMC/RSMMC) usb thingy and I can put music on my phone but I don't know how and I am supposed to use those three things HELP??!!??!?!?!
