US citizen married to Indian Citizen..More Information Needed?

I have replied two of your previous questions & tried my best to explain you that if you both are Hindus by religion & have got married according to Hindu form of marriage even though your Marriage not Registered under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or the Bombay Marriage Registration Act, that doesn't make your present marriage illegal or invalid in the law as has been told by some novice here. The non-registration of marriage will not invalidate your Hindu Marriage if the necessary condition for Hindu marriages were followed. Secondly the Registration of Marriage is done by the Registrar of Marriages of the District where the Marriage took place or where the parties usually resides not in the civil court as some idiot Mumbai lawyer told this to your husband. Thirdly the Divorce proceedings in District Family/Civil court take place not before the Notary Public who is not authorized to grant decree of divorce which only a District Judge can do. Notary Public is only attesting the doents/affidavits nothing more & not all granting divorce. Any doent your husband get prepared by some idiot Mumbai lawyer, then getting it attested by the Notary public, sending it to you for signature & further notarization doesn't dissolve your Valid marriage as all this is not the way of doing the things which these few lawyers suggest their innocent clients. I told you in one of the question the right way to go for divorce by mutual divorce is when both of you file jointly petition for divorce, appear in person, record your statement, get a date of more then six months from the court, re-appear of the next date again both of you in person, then only the court grant you divorce after being satisfied that there is no force or fraud in getting this divorce, nor there any withdrawal of consent by either of you for dissolving the marriage, the issue of divorce is a serious matter & the decree of divorce has legal value, the district judge cannot go about distributing decree of divorce to people just like this without proper verification which has been told to you by your husband as told to him by his foolish lawyer. The matter gets adjudicated by court following a proper procedure not as what all told by him to you. Don't want to listen to what I state her, go ahead with all & one day you will find yourself in big trouble for not getting proper divorce from the court of competent jurisdiction, then no one will be there to save you as any remarriage you do without obtaining decree of divorce from the court will mean you have committed offence of bigamy & the result of which you will be knowing even as an US citizen.
