Girlfriend Reconciles, and then Breaks it off again, NEED HELP?

My girlfriend(soon to be fiance) , who I loved more than life, of 4 years broke up EXTREMELY COLDLY by email with me a month ago, citing that she needs to find herself and that I need to find myself also. In the last week she has done a complete 180 and called me 20 times a days saying that she is sorry for what she did, and was felt like she was having a nervous breakdown at the time and wants to get back together. Last night I picked her up from work, and took her out to dinner and a movie, she was so affectionate , I was so happy. After the movie, we were walking back to her apartment,she told me that she feels weird. The second we walked ino her front door back , she told me that things are moving too fast, and she can't do this. She told me that she's leading me on and is confused. She cried and I tried to comfort her, but whatever I said still didn't help. She said she would rather I leave. I love her more than anything, and miss her, but I feel like I am being played with. HELP!
