House m.d. season four?

on season four of the show house, where is his team. cameron, foreman and chase. i am watching the second episode of the season now and they aren't on there so far. i watched part of the first episode and they weren't on there either. what happened to them. btw, i haven't seen season 3. but i have seen all of 2.
